As part of their expansion, The Avenues Mall - the largest shopping mall in Kuwait and other malls, the leading Kuwaiti Real Estate company was seeking an ERP solution comprising of financials, property, BI and SCM solutions to implement a robust business process to keep ahead of competition, reduce overhead costs, and improve cash flow and meet the growing IT demand.
Managing subcontractor advances and payment retentions was cumbersome.

The client was operating in Kuwait through 12 OpCos. The respective legacy systems , at these OpCos, of the client hampered the synchronization of its operations with market fluctuations.
As the customer operates in an extremely inventory –dependent lifecycle, thus , it was imperative to improve the record of the inventories while keeping costs low.
Operating on disparate systems added to the complexity, as there were a large number systems running independent of the host.
Consolidation of the legacy systems of each entity and multiple TBs data migration was required.
